Is it safe to send ashes through the post?

Yes. We provide a specially designed, secure collection kit that includes instructions and a prepaid tracked return envelope via our trusted partner Royal Mail.

How do you ensure I receive ‘my’ loved one’s ashes in the keepsake?

Once an order is placed – we allocate a combined unique reference number for the order, deceased and personalised details.

The labeled ‘brown packet’ (provided) is recorded within our internal quality control system. Your packet will already have visible barcode/ QR code that we are able to scan. There is also small radio frequency tag attached to the packet. These control measures allow us to keep track from initial receipt, creation, quality checks to final packaging and shipment.

What can I include in my keepsake?

You can include a small amount of ashes (just a teaspoon is enough). Our investment and research now allows us to support hair or pet fur.

How much of the ashes will you need?

We only require a single teaspoon of ashes. Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned to you with your finished keepsake.

How long will it take to receive my keepsake?

From the time we receive your returned ashes kit, crafting your keepsake takes 10–15 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks in total.

Can I personalise the plaque?

Yes. You can include up to two lines of custom engraving – such as a name, date, or short message. Our site will allow a limited number of characters for each line.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

If we haven’t yet received your ashes, you can cancel anytime and receive a full refund. Once your keepsake enters production, cancellations are no longer possible due to the nature of the service

How is my loved one’s ashes kept safe?

Each kit is barcoded and logged into our secure internal system upon arrival. Your loved one’s ashes never leave our controlled workspace until the keepsake is complete. Our quality control is aligned with ISO 9001 protocols.

Do you offer keepsakes for pets?

Yes, we create keepsakes for both people and pets. The process is exactly the same but with additional sterilisation for fur. Our ‘beloved’ section is designed especially for the loss of pets.
